THINGS TO NOTE

Cancellation Policy: For any service cancellations within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time, including individual services within a group, a 100% charge of the service price will apply. For appointments booked with less than 4 hours’ notice, you will have a 5-minute grace period to cancel after your confirmation.

Grace Period: You are given a 15-minute grace period for all appointments.If your Professional(s) is able to wait more than 15 minutes, a late fee of$25 per half hour will apply. Glamaras cannot guarantee your professional(s)will be available to wait longer than 15 minutes. If you forget to cancel or are unreachable at the time of your appointment, you will be charged in full.

Parking: If complementary parking is not available, you will be responsible for up to $20 in parking per professional. Gratuity:A 20% gratuity is added to all services and charged via the app to the card placed on file at the time of booking. No form of payment is required during the appointment

Payment Verification: Payment is processed when services are completed. At the time of booking, a verification is run to ensure your card has sufficient funds for requested services. This is reversed within seconds and will be removed from your statements. Time of removal varies per bankbut is generally within 24 to 48 business hours.
